The stay was fantastic! The room was spacious with a comfy king bed and a nice seating area. It had a stylish decor that felt inviting. Loved the hot tub and sauna for relaxation. The valet service was quick and friendly, making things super convenient. Plus, the location was ideal with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.

The mattress felt old and uncomfortable, affecting my sleep. The bathroom had wallpaper peeling, and the sink was cracked, giving it a neglected vibe. Coffee maker didn’t work well, and there wasn’t a fridge to keep drinks cold. Room service had long waits, and I couldn’t find a trash can in the bathroom. During my stay, no housekeeping services were provided, which was frustrating. Though my view was pleasant, the hotel needs some updates for a better experience.

The location was great and very convenient for attending events at Paycom Center nearby. I enjoyed the nice bar area and appreciated Kelsey's excellent customer service there. However, I struggled with the room's cleanliness and had issues with receiving proper bedding for the pullout sofa. It would have been nice to have better assistance with those needs.

The staff at reception were helpful, and the bartender made an amazing chocolate martini that added a nice touch to our evening. The breakfast was delicious too, especially the banana foster pancake. What I enjoyed most was the location; it was convenient to explore nearby attractions like the Myriad Botanical Gardens and the Oklahoma City National Memorial.
